LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The ‘Golden Voice’ is just one of the ways people knew Mark ‘Chillin’ Dylan.
Dylan was a radio personality and long-lasting program director at KOKY, one of the state’s first black radio stations. His love for Arkansas and music was deep-rooted.
